you can use the layers feature, so your not drawing over your other frames, but instead putting stuff on top. I would separate the people from the background or things in motion, for me this makes animating a lot easier.

what do you animate this off of, I see a lot of people make the madness combat style vids and I am wondering if itd made on a certain software or app

to tell the truth i used DrawCartoons2 which is a mobile app (mainly for android) but i'm thinking about trying to earn some money to be able to buy a notebook and a graphics tablet so i can make better animations
